Hlophe's election to JSC irks FUL

Freedom Under Law research consultant Chris Oxtoby has expressed his disappointment in the election of former Western Cape judge president Dr John Hlophe to the Judicial Service Commission.
Oxtoby says even though Hlophe is the most qualified and experienced individual, what led to his impeachment cannot be overlooked.
