Legend. Way easier to grasp than some of the 'manuals' online

Very helpful. Answered all my questions left after watching a bunch of other videos that don't explain things clearly, and/or have music instead of someone speaking.

THANK YOU so much. I was having the EXACT problems that you outlined in the video, and I've adjusted my chair per your wonderful instructions. Many blessings.

Thank you for the explanation of how to make use of the forward tilt and then lock it upright. That totally escaped me in the official adjustment video and manual.

I also watched multiple videos and they didn't explain this well, this video did! thanks!

Thank you, this was super clear. Been struggling with the setting for months and this 3 minute video solved it!

Thanks for this video. I have one of these chairs used and it is SO unintuitive. I even tried to write down the steps you give in a note and continually have to come back to the video and just watch you do it again and do it with you.

I thought my chair was broken before I watched this to be honest as I expected to be able to lock BOTH the forward and backward tilt in the most upright position. Very useful to see that this is the correct way to do it!

Thank you. I had no idea how to opearte my Aeron properly. I felt like a kid in the cockpit of an F22. Now I feel like a kid in a Herman-Miller Aeron.

Best video ever made for this chair, thanks very much. Still refer to it when I need to remember how to get into forward tilt!

Wow, I was owning an Aeron chair for several yours without knowing how to lean it forward. I was one of the people shown in 0:58 😆 Thanks for showing me how to get more support from my Aeron chair!

This was awesome: After watching your video, I understand that I've been improperly adjusting the tilt on the chair ever since I bought it (about 6 years ago). I just adjusted the chair back so that it would be as upright as possible using your instructions, and for the first time ever it's upright! Thanks so much for posting this.

I just went through the exact same experience of discoverying the tilt was improper. I always had the front lever down resulting in a poor posture. Very happy I decided to look into it again!

I mean, is there any work that is not done on the desk? Why is forward tilt not a default position?

Pretty good chair. Dont go buy a new one though because it is ridiculously expensive, these are on my local craigslist and offer up for like $150 all the time. They are really well built so buying used is not an issue

Thanks for the excellent video which made the use of the setting on the left of the char clearer. One question, with both levers in the down position, when you lean back, is the chair supposed to lock and prevent you from leaning further forward, so one is sitting in a slightly more reclined position? Also, is one supposed to be able to adjust the rear posture angle lock at different levels, or is it all or nothing? I also watched a video where someone was also not recommending having both adjustment levers in the up (open) positon as it causes damage??

Thanks for this, too many imbeciles on youtube who can't clearly articulate how to use the chair, this guy smashed it! Now time to do some serious work in a serious chair that I can now actually operate.

@1:20 The rear lever is not a lock. It is a backward tilt limiter. If you tilt back say 25% and throw the rear lever, you have set the maximum backward tilt there. It is not locked there, you can lean forward. The tilt range is restricted from 0 to 25%. The only position where the rear lever effectively "locks" the chair is if you lean all the way forward and throw the rear lever. But even then, you haven't really "locked" it, you have only totally limited the ability to tilt back from the full forward position. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks a lot! BTW: I have two questions. Is this Aeron size A? How tall are you? I'm asking because this chair looks so small compared to you.
