@Simplyfoodea أعتذر عن عدم وضوح السؤال Companies that work in the desert or other remote areas may outsource feeding and housing their employees to other companies (catering companies). Those companies have to implement the HACCP system, to serve (launch, dinner...) in a safe manner. I hope it's a little bit clearer now 😅

شكرا لحضرتك للتوضيح this companies can create a complaint form which can be sent to the customers when there is an issue or customer complaint about any issue, after receiving a call or email from the customer, then eithwr a complaint form to be filled either by the service providers or the customer it self, then the corrective actions taken to be documented in this form. i hopr my reply match the points
