Yes, very much so. However, these incredible artists are mere conscripts in HMKG (His Majesty the Kings Guard), and only make around €520 pr month, and their service is restricted to twelve months. Seeing as most Norwegian consripts are pulled in to his Majestys ranks at around the age of 19- 20 years old, and their service is, as previously stated, twelve months, this is by most standards considered one of the top marching bands and weapons drill acts in the world.

@@lorfah5863 So taxpayers are paying for people to expertly learn drill for 12 months for the sake of 1 or 2 events and then they're done? Sounds like a huge waste of money. It also seems kinda like a facade of an expert military. Like hey, look at us, we're experts at this... for 12 months. Don't mess with us! And/or it's a way for people who don't want to learn war fighting from serving their conscription without having to actually do war fighting stuff. Ultimately, isn't the point of conscription actually learning war fighting?

@@Heypistola These are trained elite soliders which will protect the king and his family and they will fight in war as they are a elite force trained for fighting exeptionally well, They arent just for show. Your opinion will be unpopular here in Norway.

@@norwegiannationalist7678 So we've already established these are conscripts that only serve 12 months. So how are they trained in drill but also elite soldiers that protect the king and family. Please teach me how these conscripts are somehow elite in any way shape or form. Please enlighten me about the Norwegian military, because I'm genuinely curious about how all this shit works.
