It is truly sad to NOT see our father Gen. Vang Pao during the Hmong New Year and many years to come. Nice voice and nice choice of song. Her blindness is very common amongst the Southeast Asians. I believe the cause of her blindness is called, Glaucoma . She mentioned this during he appearance at the J4.
