Hmoob Yuavtsum Hlub Hmoob - Hmong Artists Collaboration (Official Music Video)

Hello everyone:
After 7 months of a joint effort and hard work from Hmong artists/musicians; Project: Hmoob Yuavtsum Hlub Hmoob is officially done. We would like to thank all of the artists/musicians who contributed to this project to make it possible. Not only, but we would like to thank all of the supporters who shared the same vision as all of us.
The goal of the project is to unite Hmong artists/musicians and send a message to the Hmong community. This song is a rendition of a song written by Dr. Nengzong Yang and Xa Lee in the 80's. This song This song was chosen for its strong message and words of wisdom. Also, thank you to Tsoom Hmoob band. We hope that this song can bring the community together.
Please take the time to post this video and share it with your friends and family; Not only, but for the love of the Hmong community and in support of Hmong artists/musicians.
We can become such a powerful force when we work, share ideas, help, and respect one another. We wish everyone well and may you be the change in the Hmong community, tomorrow.

I still cry to this song and imagine what a struggle our parents or grandparents went through to get here. if it weren't for them we all wouldn't be here. I appreciate everything they went through and would never forget it. Once this COVID-19 issue slows down, I think it would be amazing to see all of you artist perform again like you all did in Hmong Music Festival 2012, in Fresno California. It's a good song, it's art, it doesn't matter what form it comes in or out, sound or sight, it is from within the heart, mind , and consciousness. The outside world is directly a reflection of who we are as a collective within our self. Do your best to see our uniqueness(races) as a gift and not in prejudice. I think we should express feelings within our heart for all humanity not just hmong, otherwise it'll just be a form of prejudice.I believe we are all soul having a human experience not the other way around, I believe it is "I am therefore I think" not I think therefore I am. Just wana clarify on the words "Moj Tuam Nqa Kab" in your song on the minute mark of " 2:10" . The actual word is "Moj Them Nqa Kab". "Moj Them" means "United" The word "Moj Tuam" means "Long Hair Tails". The word "Nqa Kab" means Solidify in strength. So "Moj Them Nqa Kab" means to "United and strengthen as one" you may contact the Institute that taught Hmong Terminologies: Hmong Language Institute of Minnesota, Hmong Language Institute of California, Pahauh Institute of Minnesota, Pahauh Institute of Alaska.

BEAUTIFUL music and collaboration... and yes they did sing the collaboration song in Fresno for the Hmong Music Festival.. it was Perfect!! beautiful and spectacular. the closing song and beautifully done!!! i give them props.. because i don't really listen to Hmong music my self... the festival itself was wonderful as well... if you didn't go you missed out on a lot of things.. and if you couldn't go, try next year i bet it'll be a lot better because of sponsors.
