I would like you to ask police with their cameras going "if they have anything to say to you now they have a chance" and when he doesnt mention the camera going tell him to leave with his policy violating recording and go back to his car turn it off, then come back and start again, else you wont speak to a dirty policy violator.

Yo Kolee, next time they say "what are your plans for the rest of the day?", you should reply "what are your plans for the evening?"......and if they say "thats none of your business, say "well there's a lot of corruption in the police force so I COULD suspect that you might be spending your free time intimidating members of the public who have had their rights violated by you or your colleagues". They're happy enough to imply that you guys are involved in te**orism (even though they KNOW you're not)......you should be able to imply that they may well be crooked or ignoring corruption.

Turns out it was a waste of their time, wonder if she would have agreed or ignored you, sheepishly, on her way back to the car. The problem is that if cops have no law to arrest you under they will use s.5 and yes they can arrest you under s.5 but this is a summary offence so anything can cause alarm and distress. They study law for 5 months while a lawyer study for 5 YEARS so if arrested under s.5 use N/C and have lawyer with you because DC and then CPS will bend EVERYTHING under s.5. The only thing the lady knew is that this was NOT criminal but it was civil. What surprised me is that they didn't use s.43 xDDD

After I left the police I worked for G4S in a brand new private prison for 5 years. The private sector makes their profit by having considerably less staff than HMP and paying them lower wages. They can do this by having a far better regime and superior educational and recreational facilities which means the prisoners are more compliant. The various functions such as healthcare, kitchens, workshops etc are contracted out. Private prisons are far more efficiently managed and do not have all the "Spanish practices" that beset HMP. On average private sector prisoners are out of their cells from 07.00 to 21.00 with 2 short lock ups for roll calls with usually just 2 officers to 100 prisoners. HMP prisoners are sometimes out of their cells for only an hour a day despite 4 times as many officers on a wing. Sadly the quality of staff nosedived due to the poor wages and now drugs, mobile phones and assaults are at the same level as the nearby HMP prison.

17:05 The proper answer to "how did you get here" is to say "I parachuted in". It highlights that the question is understood to be leading and the answer stops them in their tracks in being able to continue that line of questioning. If they continue, then it shows that they have only a single brain cell and can't change tack nor use any intelligence and are forced to stick to their training script like a good robot.

She is so wrong but her ego won’t let it go! Intimidating : to make timid or fearful : frighten especially : to compel or deter by or as if by threats tried to intimidate.

Intimidating behaviour...... a very subjective concept, it would need a lot more than photography to be intimidating. Miss Smartarse is clearly trying it on. As for a Section 5 and the police, you are right they are supposed to be ROBUST enough not to be distressed by swearing, however there was a conviction upheld when the officer turned out to be a probationer on her first week and she claimed she was distressed.

Look at the body language of the WPC, the wandering around, kicking the ground, shows that she knows she's not going to be able to do anything and is just trying to release all that pent up ego that would normally be used to throw someone to the ground and place handcuffs on them.

DPP v Harvey (17 Nov 2011) [2011] EWHC 3992 (Admin), [2011] EWHC B1 (Admin) upheld an appeal quashing a conviction for a section 5 conviction. The appellant had been searched by two Police Officers and swore at them. Neither officer said they were harassed, alarmed or distressed by the words and could not show how any member of the public was affected. Appeal held.
