Agreed. If you come west, the parents raise kids from childhood to be a certain athlete. Be it baseball, basketball, ice hockey. The parents take kids to practice after school and travel to far away sites during weekends for games. Also requires lots of money. Pakistani people have kids and that's it. If the kid makes it somewhere it's only because of their super talents to overcome all the missed practices, nutritional deficiencies, workouts etc. Basically the difference between the first world and third world, sorry I meant a developing country.

I felt the same Inzamam is no doubt a very talented batsman but not at all captain, selector or coach material. His arrogance and short temper is his own enemy. The legends captains around d world has similar great quality. Which is dey know how to use a talent of d players, once first class cricket start or play. Dey don't complaint abt weakness. Dere job is to use strenghth of d players. Dats what imran did so as others captain. Dats y dey r champions. U know England team always depend on statics ND planning hence never won wc. So pls play like leader. U can work on weakness before match or wc, bt once real match start u need to know how to use players accroding to dere ability.
