Sir, is it true that strength of a sample with lower scf is higher than the one with higher scf? Also, is PSC applied only to quasi isotropic composites or it could be applied for any composites?

what means in scf ? The PSC can also be applied to general composites, but keep in mind that Factor k_0 is based on experimental testing, you may find some values in literature.
