Maybe it was something you ate Iain, or maybe the amount of it that you drank? At least it's produced using methode champenoise, rather than by aerating a still white like the even cheaper Aussie "champagnes". I've tried it, and it was nice enough considering it's low price. Have a super 2024! 👍
