Hey i got a question bc i am dealing with tinnitus for 3 years now. A radio noise in my head and a flute sound in my both ears but this friday i experienced something weird… Everytime when i talk or someone is talking i hear a very shrill sound in my head nearby the temporalis but when its quiet its gone, it only happend if i hear a sound. Do you know by any chance what this is? Appreciate a response🥹🙏 merry christmass :)
