Awesome video Dillon! I tend to lean towards the Walthers Mainline centerbeams, mostly for operating and durability reasons. Also speaking of Rapido, I'm super excited for their U25B to get released, got a Frisco version on pre order now!

I noticed the McKean car had above shank couplers that made the knuckle 'drop'. That's gives the others an unfair advantage. I never thought about the center sill preventing tighter optional radius for the trucks...interesting. Filing it down would make the trucks able to operate on 18-22-inch curves. I think the Walthers is a good model overall.

Thanks for the video! Was maybe going to pick up one of the Altas cars from Lombard Hobbies, they have quite a few in stock and for $35 they seem good. The Rapido ones should also be very nice, albeit expensive. I have several of those on preorder with Lombard

Sounds great. The atlas do seem to give you everything you'd need in a model. I look forward to what the rapido models are like
