Suzannes always favoured JJ ever since they practically moved to the village before any of us viewers knew what was going on so it’s no surprise to be honest she never questioned why Frankie was sad or why she was so quiet acting strangely it just gets covered up as she’s a “teenager” Suzanne’s a Super Nanny case.

And I don’t understand this character development because years ago when Hannah had her eating disorder Suzanne was very attentive and did everything she could to help Hannah. Wow, thats why people dont come forward to report it, especially because the way that Suzanne has just treated Frankie, as she finally tells the truth, Wow that was hard to watch, watching this made my body tremble and brought bad memories back, well done to Frankie and to Darren for calling out JJ, Frankie needs to go the police and report this.

I'm not surprised that she doesn't believe her. I remember Suzanne not being great with the signs and truth when Hannah had her eating disorder back in the day. Also, JJ is her beloved baby boy who is probably her favorite. Realizing what he really is and what he has done to his sister is something she is refusing to wrap her head around because it is something she can't and won't accept. As well as Hollyoaks has a history with the mothers refusing to see the monsters their sons have become.

I’m not surprised in the slightest that Suzanne doesn’t believe her, as it is blatantly obvious JJ is her golden child. I think it’s horrifying how a mother wouldn’t believe their own child for coming forward over something like this, it’s just depressing. I’m just glad Darren is the sane parent in this situation, any decent parent would believe their child.

I used to like Suzanne when she first arrived in the village in 2005, I thought she was alright, but when she came back this year she's turned into the worst mother and character. I knew she'd take JJ's side, I'm not surprised. If she leaves after the time jump in September I wouldn't exactly miss her. Glad that slimeball JJ got found out, I'm happy that Darren is supporting his daughter, Can't wait for Nancy to find out and support Frankie, she's a better mother figure to Frankie than Suzanne. I know it's a lot to take in for Suzanne, but that is no excuse for calling Frankie disgusting. She needs to wake up and stop being selfish for once.

I’m not at all surprised by Suzanne’s reaction, after all Jj is her golden child. 🤢 Any decent mother would believe their child coming forward about the unimaginable and do anything to protect them. I am confused with Suzanne’s character development though. Years ago when Hannah had her eating disorder she really looked after her and did everything she could to save her, so I’m just baffled how she is so negligent with Frankie. And like you said, I can’t wait to see the look on her face when realises Frankie was telling the truth all along.

Suzanne is an awful mother. It was very telling that her eldest daughter was the one who decided to bring them to Hollyoaks to get to know their father and not her. Also, she’s been nasty to Nancy. I’m mad that it took this long for the adults to even dig deeper and ask what the hell is wrong with Frankie. Like cmon your child is doing all of this and you don’t even try to find out why so much trouble is happening. And when she begged to live with her she refused because her flat was too small. Like seriously?, First why you have two children and getting a small place for yourself? There was no mention of Darren having primary custody. Second, your a mom, I don’t care if you lived in a shoebox. Your child wants to live with you, you make it work.
