Look....I live in a community like this, and I think it's a silly rule that I broke within the first month by swapping out a car battery. HOWEVER, we all know the "car guy" who has his buddies that turn "work" into a hobby that takes too long over months, takes up space, becomes an eye sore and BLASTS the exhaust. Those guys are the reason those rules exist.
