Why there is no trail and never has been one, the story is fake written by an AI authoring site.... most of the BIG stories this site posts are complete fiction and fantasy. you can tell by the same names used over and over in the stories, and the complete lack of legal knowledge where cops say Felony Charge Criminal actions are CIVIL maters, do over 1001 bucks worth of damage to anything and it is automatically a Felony which no cop would walk away from.... plus all the huge court battles where a phone call to local zoning or records offices would have shut them down instantly.... but they have to have the big legal court case where good triumphs over the evil karen/hoa

Even though these stories a entertaining. If you pay attention to the stories here, names keep getting used in each one. Sarah/Sara Chen/Martinez lawyer. Or there is a cop or friend with the last name Martinez. The HOA President has the name Karen and ether the last name Thompson or Mitchell. And now there is a 6 months update to the main story.
