Some lawmaker needs to make it illegal for any developers connected or who has contracts with any HOAs from taking over any agricultural or forestry land. There are just way too many of these predatory organizations. The homes they build are usually crap homes too with lots of cut corners or missing building materials like sheething on the outside walls. Those homes are literal crap.

Its not an HOA that determines land usage but the county and state there are processes for changing the zoning of a property. Even if somehow the property was part of the HOA as long as its zoned for agricultural use there is little the HOA can do as the zoning and the state dictates its use

Boundaries don't matter. HOAs authority is purely from contract law. So, no contract with the owner no authority!

You don't want to cause trouble on airplanes or at airports. If what you're doing affects safety the authorities WILL take action. And it may not be pleasant. They have no idea if your little dust up is just you or part of a larger plot.
