Language : Here people are not comfortable with English. You have to download an app "papago" to translate and make them understand in their language.
Road map : You need to download here "kakao" map app, Google map is less working.
Money exchange : You can exchange USD at the reception, upto some limit.
Taxi /Cab Service : In Korea, there is a taxi booking app called Kakao Taxi that allows you to book taxis in English at no additional cost. With Kakao T you can call a taxi directly to your desired location, drive to your destination and pay in cash or card. So, you need to download "KAKAO T" AAP.
