Maybe someday, you can apply shingles to the roof, or paint it white to reflect the heat better. Insulating the inside of your roof will also help mitigate indoor heat. Watching you and your husband build your home together seems like a dream come true!

@hoanghuong10 Why use (costly) insulation, when the roof is so high that NATURAL ventilation does the work? In the tropics natural ventilation is much cheaper & less work than insulation of a low roof.

Um, FYI, I saw Duong landing nails and screws in the valley of the corrugated roofing. Those nails and screws are going to leak and ruin the plywood. The fasteners should all be placed on the ridge of the roofing so that water will not run there. I love watching your videos. Thank you for sharing.

I have heard the correct way is in the valleys if the grommets are correct and not overtightened. The ridge does not provide a flat surface and distorts the grommet. The plywood on the roof could have been staggered, making the roof more rigid (stiff) and stronger. @@Hoàng-Thị-Hương
