All that hard work could be gone with a small storm if water levels rise. I didn't see any bolts on the metal frame, but best to anchor the metal frame for extra insurance.

Putting those self thread cutting bolts inline with the grain of the wood is a rookie mistake. Some have started to split along the grain already. Always stagger them.

I think you should have screwed those RHS beams to the concrete footings before covering them up and cementing them over. Also please wear some rubber boots/safety shoes and/or safety goggles. Injuries are a serious bummer and a complete waste of time. Otherwise, excellent bridge.👍👍
