Someone died. Had a lot of repressed memories of their childhood and kept all of them. I imagine they were a senior and those items were their parents. No one really left in their lives.

Yhea you can kinda tell someone got evicted out of their place. Loaded up their Escape with everything they could. You can tell they we're older, probably a senior and probably went to the hospital and probably got towed for it not moving and here it sits.
