I agree with you. But, there have been animals to reach that size before. I'm not saying that this is real, because it's definitely not. But there could have been a snake this size in SOME POINT of time. There was a snake called Titanoboa who lived a while ago. Titanoboa was believed to reach 40 feet long, possibly longer. Although, sadly, this snake is now extinct, it used to be real. So, it's very well possible that a snake could reach sizes very large, but the conditions would HAVE to be absolutely perfect and I don't think conditions like that exist on Earth anymore. This snake is obviously fake, it looks much like a venomous snake, and a venomous snake would NEVER reach those sizes simply because it didn't need to.

So, yea, you are basically saying the same thing. The only problem with a snake reaching that large is simple; humans. Humans interfere with too many things. Maybe a snake could reach monster pus sizes if people left it alone, but, sadly, they won't. Good point, though. So, it actually would be hard simply because of people. Maybe if there is an island somewhere, probably not, and it may grow huge. But, when snakes, or anything for that matter, then there will be new predators evolving who are more powerful and possibly bigger.

The tanks driving over it make it look big, but then other shots show it is just as tall as one of the soldiers. Sorry my friend, but a 30ft. python is nothing when compared with the averaged sized anaconda of South America's Amazon that can grow to between 45-60 feet in length. What however, is common to these giant snakes across the world, is that they attain great sizes as they live in water which helps to support their heavy bodies. Not sure of the conditions in the Red Sea which would have allowed a snake to exist and attain such a large size without being killed earlier in its life.
