Team Thunder Tiger America's Nick Maxwell - widely considered one of the world's best R/C helicopter pilots - explains how to perform successful pirouetting loops and circles in this first installment of One Tank Tips. While watching Nick's machine in the main video screen, you'll be able to follow his corresponding transmitter control movements in the lower right corner. Nick also provides helpful voiceover commentary throughout the lesson. First, you'll learn four primary heli orientations. Next, Nick shows how to build from those orientations to perform pirouetting loops and circles. He concludes by demonstrating variations. You'll pick up lots of good information along the way, such as the importance of having the correct tail rotor set-up. Watch for more installments of Nick Maxwell's One Tank Tips, coming soon.

I am happy to see something like this. Thanks Nick. Thanks Thunder Tiger. You should consider a new name for the segment though. Don't forget to show the electric heli's some love! I want to see some "Nick" flights on the X50E!

bit confusing. piro loops and piro circuits are really different maneuvers, so IMO, its best to teach them separately
