Get viper mini speed controls and also to help with pulling power the prop shop in the UK has you covered.. not sure of the prop number something like 1720 you will need a left and a right

Do you still have it since I brought one of of ebay yesterday and all of the tires are set out the same way and the mast is the same and mine has that inches marine logo to mast wires and a fire hygiene behind the super structure

Idk my self but I asked someone at Amazon and He said you can use machine oil

It sounds like it has speed controls, can you independently control the engines fwd/reverse?

It has indeed an ESC, but its not possible to control both engines independently, Only both fwd & both backwards. But i think is pretty easily to convert them with seperate esc's. It handles pretty well itself.

Does it come with lights and horn as standard or have you added that yourself?

It comes completely ready to run, included sound and lights, except for the sailors.
