I picked up the Star of Bethlehem pad in August and now have 22 little journals that tell the Christmas story to give to all my friends at church!

Thanks for the shopping trip! We used to have homemade Christmas ornaments from what I and our children crafted. We are now retired so they have their own trees and their ornaments. We travel to FL for the winter and just put up a small table tree and we drape a garland on our outside railing . Good enough. Lots of good memories tho. 🎄💞. TFS 🤗

I agree with you, it can get a bit overwhelming in Hobby Lobby. I never thought I'd say that, but I do feel like there's almost too much in there. Thank you for tackling the store ... now I don't have to!! ha ha!! As for trees, I like the idea of a themed tree but we have so many ornaments from our past that have special meaning. I do a small tree in my craft room, but it too has sentimental ornaments.

As far as hanging Christmas pics on walls... You could do 2 things.. pic some xmas pics that are the same size as artwork you already own.. then you can use the same hooks/nails and swap pics out.. you could also wrap some of your existing canvas art or framed pics with wrapping paper and bows and re hang them . Just 2 ideas..

❤❤❤ We had 3 Christmas 🎄🎄 With 5 kids and a moving military way. Every 18 months and getting your things three months later. Plus now we had down size the trees to one and each kid had a small one in their room.

Jessica!! You need to get a tiny tree (even one of those $8 ones from hobby lobby or the $5 from dollar tree) and decorate Arlo a candy themed one for her room! My girls are adults now but just told me the other day that they loved how I always had them a little tree!! And I didn’t think they even cared at the time haha 🤣 also thanks for enabling me to go buy new paper pads I don’t need 😅hahaha

I would love to decorate for the holidays but I stopped years ago because my cats love to play with everything. So the only real tradition we keep is getting a real tree (my husband insists even though he's allergic), hanging our stocking and baking christmas cookies for everyone.

This was fun!! HL has had their Christmas items on sale for like months. I was at mine in October and it was 50% off then. I'm in CA and they put Xmas out in the summer. It was weird. I think the minute it came out it was on sale. Get a small artificial tree and do it in the pastel colors. Add it in your craft room. TFS Hugs * L

I like Hobby Lobby’s paper pads, but they don’t have a huge selection. Some of them are from last year. They do have a couple of cute collection kits.
