Hobbywing Axe 2300KV rereview (#2) Firmware 01-00.2.01 I do alot of talking in this updated review.

The RC electronics industry has become just like a game developer. They release something before it is ready then they fix it later. The Axe has definitely changed since my last review. This is a all talking video. Just listen to it while while you wrench on your rig. You wont miss anything by not looking at the screen lol.

Yeah I love mine, so far had no problems. I got it in my VS4-10 Pro and performs very well. I run three brothers servo plugs directly into battery balance port. I love this steering servo I've had no issues with it either. Appreciate you sharing I watch for more happy trailing

You're an honestly man, good video. I order an Axe 540 2300kv, when arrives, update it first. I always use an external BEC in all of my crawlers, never use the internal one. With the new firmware, this combo be better, sure.

That much OD is just ridiculous. Come on man, if you need 40 something percent OD, you need to up your driving game. LOL

To each their own. I personally prefer 25%. The overdrive I am running is common in a TF2 simply because it is a free overdrive. A ton of people run it. It works awesome on a leaf rig. I am however a little sneaky and am running a overdrive ring and pinion in my rear AR44 slot that gives me a 37% overdrive instead of 47%. The turning radius with 47% is awesome. You dont understand what driving game you need to run 47% OD sidehilling and other things tend to not be easy. Turn radius is killer though.
