you are going to love the Lynx..I've had mine for three seasons and it's awesome...skid plates are great as well as the Burley Bro for the bow area and I added clear flex seal tape on other bottom areas to protect because it scratches so easily...I'll trade the durability for the speed, maneuverability and light weight

It's been great so far. I'm rigging for crabbing right now. I just got the Berley Pro bow guard. Is the flex seal tape holding up well? I wasn't sure what I was going to use for the bottom yet. I love how light the Lynx is. Is a huge difference from my PA.

@@TomyTekOutdoors the flex seal tape held up for two seasons and only the plastic covering came off when it did start to go but the adhesive which is pretty thick remained and provides protection...I'll continue to add more as needed...I used ratchet straps to get the bow guard to glue tightly and completely...that was kind of a project but a good one to protect the hull
