It's because Simpleflips taught them (youtubers) a few speedrunning tricks prior to this video. They didn't know those tricks in the 10 vs 1 and so, since they learned new tricks, 10 vs 2 was more balanced

Seems having many players with various level of skills works alot better in the early part of the game. But in the later levels the speedrunners appear to have the advantage. A very good match up. Though this round was a bit more evenly matched.
