I was considering either the swallows or Choucho cover for my Cousin. In the end went with the birds, but now I think I should have gone with Choucho - the texture and the delicate butterflies look very special. Thanks for sharing

The texture feels amazing. If they bring back the small navy Choucho next year…i might do that next year to add to these.

@@2tinytreasures I waited until 3 am this morning to order the cover - it came back in stock for literally 2 minutes or even less. But I managed to grab it:) then this morning I noticed the navy A6 was available, but I hesitated for too long and it sold out again. I'm so looking forward to the beautiful A5 Choucho:)

A lovely haul! Thank you for mentioning the perforated pages in that cute A6 notebook. I always like to have at least one notebook that's consumable in that way. Right now, I use a Raymay A5 slim List Notebook for this purpose, but I look forward to trying Hobonichi's version someday.

I’m glad your Hobonichi did not get lost! I was totally getting FOMO from watching you unbox the Choucho. (Interesting personal connection to the butterflies too.) It is gorgeous but I am limiting myself to one new A5 cover for 2023.

Loved your butterfly story and the Cousin cover. I do enjoy seeing them in my garden especially the Monarchs! First year I didn't buy any new covers, but I did splurge on the LE TN instead. Looking forward to seeing what you're going to use next year!

I got the same A6 cover, and it's my first mina perhonen cover. I love it! It feels so lovely in the hand, not at all what I was expecting from the photos!
