I've had 3 cats. Jewel (f) was beautiful and calm. Shadow (m) was lovely but was really my son's friend. Socks (f) was absolutely crazy. Miss them all.

Our cat would chase the kiddo and nip her. We figured out he just wanted to play and she was the one he played with most. So we learned when a cat does something you want to stop you absolutely ignore them. So she’d turn around and go into her room shut the door and not one word to him. He stopped the nipping within a couple weeks and that was that.

My cat was a toe biter. I heard somewhere that kittens teach each other what bites are too hard (vs just playful nips) by their high-pitched squeaks. So I started saying ouch really high-pitched whenever she bit my toes. It drove my partner insane but it worked 😂

I love cats but I can't have one since I allergic. So sad. Just wondering if your cats are just inside cats? If so, do they really need rabies vaccine?

Where I live if you want to legally register your pet they need a rabies vaccine I’m not sure about where she lives but it’s pretty common nationwide as a rule.
