Super-great vlog, Erin❣️❣️❣️ Although I’m your parents’ age and childless by choice, your perceptions remind me so much of my mom-89 and thriving in a retirement center-because she was, and still is, the best present giver I’ve ever known. The way you know your loved ones and persue the things they will love makes me remember my mom buying and wrapping up her ultimate gift for my one-year-younger sister. It was 1969, and Mama bought sis The Beatles Abbey Road Album. Personally, I was a The Doors fan, but I didn’t mind at all that Mama was so connected with li’l sis in their mutual love of The Beatles. Of course, they played the album nonstop on the 1962 TV/AM&FM radio/stereo record-player console livingroom piece of furniture 😆😅😂🤣. My 6’-4” Gary Cooper-esque dad even loved Abbey Road and The Beatles ❤❤❤

That bookstore looks amaazzinng!! 😍 Down under in little ole New Zealand our bookstores look nothing like that......😭 In the big cities you might find a smaller version (we have Whitcoulls, Paper plus etc) but nothing compared to Barnes & Noble. So jealous! 😍

i just love your vlogs, they are so fun!!! The Christmas shopping was timely, I start mine on Tuesday!! Okay, I am about to age myself here, Erin! I was in high school when Nirvana's Nevermind and In Utero albums were released. In 1997, I was lucky enough to have floor tickets for Nirvana when they played here in Toronto! There are no words for how amazing the concert was, OMG.... It was an exceptionally special experience because Cobain would die just five months later :(

The Pilot Capless is the same as the Pilot Vanishing Point, it just has a different name in certain countries. Though I didn’t realise that they also sold a steel nib option 🥰!

I am regretting my Vanishing point. It keeps clogging or drying out. I’ve flushed it to no avail. I’m going to take it to the pen shop to get it looked at and fixed and then I’m selling it 😂. It was a gift to myself, but I don’t want a pen that finicky.
