Love my Techo Weeks! It's absolutely perfect for keeping track of my class assignments, personal appointments, family events, and then the pages in back are great for taking notes at club meetings. or brainstorming. I got the mega for next year, so that I can have even more room in the back for all that I write down. I learned to conserve pages so that I had enough as the year goes on with the old version, but now I'll have room to take all the notes I need to (maybe!).

I just got my delivery from the Hobonichi online store and I HIGHLY recommend the Matte Black Sneaker Weeks Mega! It's a great refresh of the design and feels more like the other techos since it has a soft cover.

These planners are awesome! I’ve used the A5 hobonichi, but didn’t feel the need to have a new page every single day, so this year, I tried the hobonichi weeks. It has just enough space for my schedules and a good amount of gridded pages for quick notes. It’s also super light and compact. Will be repurchasing this year. :)

I love the weeks form factor the most as well! And I prefer it even to the mega.

The Mega will be really helpful to someone like me who belongs to three clubs on campus (STEM, history, and Foreign Language clubs), and then an outside Japanese culture society I belong to as well. The back pages were perfect for taking notes for all of those meetings, but not big enough. The Mega has come just when I've moved up into leadership positions and have even MORE notes and brainstorming I need to do than ever. Can't wait to start using it!

I've been bullet journaling for about a year now, and I love it, but I don't really need to rewrite all of my tasks every day. Plus, I set up a spread for every week and use it like crazy. Looks like a Weeks Mega might be the perfect solution!

I'm on my third year with the Weeks. Like most folks have said, it's just enough, and if I miss a day, I don't feel like I failed. The blank pages in the back are numbered, so if I have more to say, I can note that page# on the actual date entry. I have found the quotes to be banal at best, so am going back to the Japanese version next year. The website has a lot of really good information about the paper (which has changed), the size, and you can sign up to be notified when the new ones go onsale, and I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how much you want to do that if you want to get one of the limited editions.

I've been looking at the Weeks for a couple of days. My current bullet journal has most of the same elements but i have to draw them, so I bought the black with white strip and a white gel pen (I can't find these in stores). Can't wait will take so much less time to set up every week! :)

Hello JetPens and all, do you have any recommendation for alternative Hobonichi weeks cover? For 2019 I will use Hobonichi weeks mega for planning and journaling, and I will carry it a lot; commuting, working, traveling. Plus I will carry it with some sticky notes, and 2 basic pens. Hope you (or anybody) can help... :)

Hi there! The Hobonichi Techo Weeks is similar to the personal size but is about an inch longer (3.7" x 7.4"). We hope that helps!

No, they won't fit properly but the Sneaker version is made to be durable enough with the extra cover!
