I am the same way about caffeine. I do my best to stop drinking it early in the day so I can have a good nights sleep. Love your sleep mask sticker. I don’t sleep with one, but I have heard they are good to use for a good nights rest. I’m also a Cobb Salad fan when ordering from Chick-Fil-A. Goodness….your Mama Chronicles had me on edge! I was literally biting my nails listening to how she ‘appropriated’ the lawnmower! But it was kinda funny too 😊I could just see her going over in her yellow shirt! Loving your ‘Dark-Side’ page! Love your momma stories! At “bedtime” I take that CALM magnesium and it helps me relax. Bc I loooove me some caffeine during the day also!

Good Morning, Ashley! You are a cooler sunshine that I am experiencing currently. Girl, you and your chicken drama😂 Chick-fil-A 😂😂😂😂 Caffeine beverages? Maybe a flavorful herbal tea - hot or iced - at lunch or after workouts. I just recently changed from coffee to black iced tea for summer and tummy happiness. I am sleeping better.

I have trouble sleeping too. Tried melatonin for a bit but they say it’s no bueno to take that too much. I am right there with you about being over caffeinated. I have to watch something to fall asleep. It’s either I Love Lucy or Three’s Company. Love that black page 😍. Loved the stories 😂😂

Omg, exactly! I was just talking to a friend about Melatonin and it messes us both up!! We both wake up in a panic and have crazy vivid dreams from it! I can’t! 🤣😮‍💨 Those are both perfect shows to lay down to, I would end up wanting to stay up to watch like 17 episodes though!😆🤭 Thank you for hanging out girl!!🫶🥰💓💓💓

Okay I’m loving the dark page!! It’s like bam!! 🖤🖤🖤 I have a bad habit of “treating myself” to a Pepsi Zero with dinner most nights so then I’m wide awake and have to take a melatonin gummy 😬 I’m trying to get better about treating myself at lunch time instead! Bella uses a sleep mask! I can’t have anything on my face when I sleep. I want to start wearing a silk bonnet at night to tame the frizz, but I don’t want anything wrapped around my head!
