I do my journaling at night and because I am tired at end of the day, sometimes I miss to write down on my journal. I think I should try your technique, journaling in the morning.

Yes, try it out! I find it a nice moment in the morning. I didn’t mention in this video but I always do a little gratitude (written or not) and that put me in a good mood for the day🥰

I absolutely love that you mentioned using clinical terms to describe planner things. It bugs me greatly, and I wish that the terms would not be used loosely because it just does not compare to me. But that is my opinion.
