I injured my shoulder a few weeks back taking a slapper and man these mobility workouts take all the pain away and make me feel so loose before going on the ice. Thanks!

Hey coach can mobility stretching and foam rolling be done every day ? I have about 1h after practice so im trying to figure out if i can do all these things

Yes, both of these can be done everyday although in most cases it's not necessary. Everything has a point of diminishing returns and I don't feel hockey players need to do any more mobility work beyond 2-4 sessions per week in almost all cases.

Those scorpion kicks are IMPOSSIBLE!!! I mean, sure, Kevin can do them, but ya mere (old) mortals can’t get our legs past hip height when we are warmed up. 😢 What is a good ‘entry-level’ stretch that can get me there? I feel like I work on hips constantly, but this one has me beat...
