So, I’m really new to hockey. Maybe 1 month in. I have SO much trouble actually getting any lift on the puck when I shoot. A good 80% of the time I just slide it on the ground and I can’t figure out why.

I just started playing about 6 months ago and I can't wrench them tight all the way up or I can't feel feet after 10 mins. It becomes so painful it's all I can think about. I started going just snug from the toe to the bottom of the ankle and so the last 3-4 laces up from the ankle I tie pretty tight. Can't be looking like a bender out there!

My 5 year old wants to play hockey 24/7. I'm 44 and super out of shape. Where do I start?

Our Men's League Domination program would be perfect for you: hockeytraining.com/mld24/

If you're super out of shape I'm guessing that means overweight as well, gotta start easy and work your way into it or you're gonna get discouraged cause it will be too difficult. Start with walking a couple miles a day and improving your diet to lose some weight first.

Lol that's not how most people do that move. Lol that's one of my specialty moves
@geordietickell911215 күн бұрын
Bure was the best at that move. Most players usually do it the same way these days, where as Bure had a variety of different through the legs moves he used. Honestly, he did it a lot of times in the early 90's when there were barely any televised games too.

Nah,the combine is to see where exactly you sit at a player and his stats are spot on. He's over hyped and unless he grows some marbles and realizes hitting and being aggressive is a part of hockey he's not going far at all
