Absolutely beautiful. I am an the oldest child in my family and I am sending this to my two younger brothers. Never want them to try and deal with their feelings alone. ITS IMPOSSIBLE. I grew up during the tail end of the "Boys don't cry" period. Growing up with depression and later on with BPD, a great part of my life I felt alone. I know I am not. I am getting better. Hearing people like Linus about mental health is not just great, but so very important for everyone. Celebrities, people we look to and up to, and people who have the spotlight, as well as all of us need to make talking about mental health 'normal'. We need to make 'crying' and 'talking about our feelings' more acceptable. Thank you, Linus, for doing this. For me. For all of us.
