Can you do a tutorial on how to trap a bouncing ball or an overhead so that it immediately stops on the ground, I've seen some people do it where they tap it in the air then somehow put their stick over it and lock it into the turf. It's hard to explain but it's like the ball hits the ground at the same time as the stick traps the ball so the ball stops moving.

How do u get so much power on them? I’m doing the right form but my stick doesn’t swing very fast in that position (maybe i have weak wrists or something) so the ball only moves like 5 feet

Ik ben keeper en ik speel nu in de A 4e klasse, nou ga ik volgend jaar 2e/1e klasse Dames spelen. Nou moet ik nu al een paar keer in dat team meespelen, omdat hun keeper geblesseerd is nu. Heb je tips om in een keer zo veel hoger te spelen. Veel mensen vinden dat dit niveau wel beter bij mij passen maar ben best zenuwachtig, omdat het ook kampioen wedstrijden zijn enzo.
