Another great job on a classic Joe ... I was a Focus freak and a great admirer of Guitarist , Jan Ackerman's work back in the early 70's ... You guys did it justice and truly rocked it !!

That was great! Took me back to my childhood, walking around the local carnival. That song was always playing. It's not Grand Funk, but it's still way cool. :)

I've got to drop a quick comment, only to say, I've come across many versions of this on KZbin, most recently the one with Gabriela Gunčíková on vocals (if you haven't heard her yet... do yourselves a favor.... OMG the PIPES on that gal!), Rudy Sarzo on Bass (Little known factoid: Back in the eighties, apparently it was ILLEGAL for any major hard rock band release a classic hard rock record, WITHOUT including Rudy in the band's lineup (plus there were additional legal clauses requiring each of the hard rock bands to provide the basic neccessities for Rud during the subsequent tour, such as ample Ultra-hold hair spray and a variety of spandex pants (different colored stripes, preferred). Each of the players were rock royalty... with K. Mary - S. Van Zen - P. Bradley - G. Schutt. Then.... of course... from there KZbin lead me to Focus's orginal version.... and from there to lots of other interesting "cover" interpretations of the same song. Until it caused my eyesight (and brain) to lose focus... So, when I saw yet another version, with a bunch of guys that look about my age... I went "oh good.... another version of hocus pocus.....! ;-). And I now I feel terrible for nearly dismissing you guys! Glad I didn't! You guys are at least as good; DAMN! Can your guitarist shred! EXCELLENT version!

Hi Joe - incredible collaboration and performance on this by all! Showed it to a friend last night who happened to love this song back in the day and he was blown away! By the way I loaded four new GFR Live Album bass covers you might enjoy. Let me know if you get to check them out! Hope you are doing well! Andy
