XxThEImPxX Lol Well back in the days they wure ''skinny fat'' so ask Keith or Kevin that question. I would be fucking anoyed to walk to my car 3-4 miles every day. Dont get me wrong, its a decent ''exercise'' but it gets freaking anoying i asume. If i want to exercise i do that in the gym or run when i PLAN to do it. Thats like saying a construcktion worker gets some exercise everytime he is at worke building houses, its just a narrow logic that does not make any sense to me....everything you do physical is an exercise. But things like walking every morning to your car is just anoying, let alone 3-4 miles. Thats freaking funny. Also his situation was pretty fucked up, who the hell wants to park his car 3-4 miles away to drive to worke. Thats why he said it in anoyed manner. Because he is right :D nobody wants to ''jog'' his ass to his car every time. gets anoying no matter the exercise you get. Also if you train to NOT get fat, you need to do it more logical, saying im fat just cause i dont want to walk to my own car 3-4 miles every morning, doesnt mean i dont want to exercise. I just do it the right way with proper nutrition without stressing every morning to sprint to my car just to drive to worke.
