It's not the 1 million, that you need to buy her, it is the money, that you need to keep her. Wonderfull boat, but you need at least one person full time to maintain her in this bristol condition. Marina fees will be exorbitant, winter storage, a set of new sails, repainting the hull, a new teak deck, simply everything will cost you a 5 or 6 figure sum.
