Sprite. Haven’t had hog head cheese in decades. The folks who used to make it have long since passed on. And younger generations do not eat it. Of course, I would have downed the feet, ears, tails, even nose meat without bothering to make the broth for the cheese. Might be why they ran me out of the kitchen when I was a child🤔?

Bought Waterland's for my entire Disaster Relief crew.... they're all flying to Florida to help clean up after these recent hurricanes.
