Day 7 - Crazy Spanish Descent

So Day 7 of our Bordeaux to Barcelona challenge was billed as being a "rest day". Hmmmmmm 40 miles of riding, 4,000 feet of climbing and a crazy 24 minute / 45 mile an hour descent from the top of the Porte de Bonaigue followed by coffee and ice cream in a stunning Spanish village. If Carlsberg made "Rest Days' they would be this good !
