Thanks for posting this. I just returned from the Uintas today, but didn't do any research on where I could overland and find somewhere to camp. Along with the thunder storm (got some hailstones) and weekend crowds, I gave up and opted to sleep in a comfortable bed tonight. Will have to Google map the forest road and Soapstone Basin you mentioned so I can investigate on the next trip.

Overland Landscape Photography so many great places deep within the Uintas. I’d also recommend driving out to Lyman Lake area.

Great Video! Just subscribed. When you where packing up camp you had a large compression sack I think for your sleeping bags. If that is right where did you get it?
@HoglundOverland4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I appreciate you checking out my channel. The compression sack is something that came with my sleeping bag, I didn't buy anything separate.

Good stuff! You always find some great scenery and you’re really good at telling the story. I’m still working on that... it’s harder than I thought it would be.

It's certainly not easy, but I'm getting more comfortable doing it

cabs and racks are difficult choice both have their advantages.

The snow just barely melted up in that area, it'll probably be green till it starts snowing again.

Hey buddy. Just found you on KZbin. I recently purchased a 2020 tacoma. My question to you, what brand of tires are you running and what size? Are you also running trd pro rims?
@HoglundOverland4 жыл бұрын
I am using the Falken Wildpeak MT tires and in this video I do have the 17” trd pro wheels.

I haven't heard that, he's a little older but I think I can see the similarity
