I have read the book Attack State Red which has some of the photo's used in this clip in it and I cannot begin to imagine what these lads went through. After reading that book I have a deep respect for anyone who fought in these ops. To say the least you boys have made everyone proud and definitely earned your money.

You are all such brave people. What you do out there is not appreciated enough by anyone who isn't out there serving with you. We are all proud of you and i for one respect your heroism and bravery greatly. Unfortunately some dont make it back but they are never forgotten their bravery will always be remembered. R.I.P to all of the fallen heroes x

This video is amazing... I got showed this from the Army Careers Office in Norwich, from the guy who actually filmed it. The footage captured on helmet cams are all his, some are his friends in his platoon but the fact i met him and he told me his stories.... Me and my mate Rhys Mulley are joining this regiment and are starting infantry training next week. Thanks for such a good video, hopefully it shows people what our lads are doing out there RIP everyone who lost theres lives x

Just like to say as a member of joe publc with no connection to East Anglia you guys did yourself proud over there. Before all of this happened I really only noticed the rm, para's etc probably due to the media but I now realise we have some amazing regiments other than the usual suspects and vikings are right up there. Good luck with your next tour!

i did do cadets, for about 2 years, ive left now, when i first joined it was the best, it was ARMY cadets , now its more of a youth organization ya no? we got given press ups, had to run every are seniors beat us if we give them shit, now when i was a senior you couldn't even give press ups to some 1 unless u was a PTI or some shit! annual camp was always fun, went to penhail camp cornwall about 2 years ago? maybe 3... brilliant fun won the camps shooting :P was only .22 though :(

Unless you find it unethical to kill another Human Being, you will be trained to kill the enemy in Basic training. Thats what being a Soldier is all about first and foremost.(Especially the Infantry) So dont worry about if you could do it. In the heat of the moment you just get on with the job in hand. The real question you wanna ask is, can I hack it if I see myself or my best mate get injured or blown up. I wish you all the best if you do join up. You wont regret it.

learn the definition of a story and fact first, story's can be true, they are called true story's, as in the story is true.
@hogrider915 жыл бұрын
well mate, its just as well not everyone thinks like that or none of us would be safe in this country and we'd be even more overrun with terrorists because no-one would go to war in case they died! I assume you're quite young with an immature comment like that.
