I have one, just to experience the OTF thing....(and stay legal). Nice little piece, and fun to have around. As for price, since you can't get a Microtech OTF for much less than $300, not sure how you expect this to be under $100, given that material is only a small portion of price. (Unless you can point out where the quality suffers). I think the price seems quite reasonable.

Lol no one carries an Espada xl to the office. That is a bit of overkill. I dig the micro incursion. I will have to pick one up. I just got a hogue microswitch out the side auto wharncliffe. I live in cali.

@@bobbylopez991 have to lube and adjust the pivot every now and then. Still works fine, and the black finish is only a little scuffed where you hook bottle caps. Cpm154 wharncliffe is relatively easy to maintain.

I just got one and live in California so I can carry it legally. So far I'm very impressed with it, and carry it in my watch pocket daily.

Switzerland has basically the same stupid laws(5cm blade max for any automatics, which is basically 2 inches) so I'm all for the Cali legal stuff.

Yeah my pentagon has zero blade play, other than on deployment. I’m not stoked that the edge contacts the edge of the hole on deployment. Only major flaw I can see, but pretty disappointing.

got one of these today, nice & snappy action but the fit'n'finish and blade steel are hardly worth the money. my microtech exocet sandtrooper cost double the price but it has MUCH better fit'n'finish and blade steel and the action is also a step up

I like this knife, but it's a bit pricey for what you get. That Boker USB OTF thingie is a good, cheap fidget toy (yes, I know knives aren't toys, blah blah blah) which is the only reason I'd buy the Micro Incursion. Not that it isn't a fine knife, it truly is. Hogue are second to none in my book. It's just that I would rather spend just a bit more and get a more usable knife from them.

No. I'm guessing he saw $125 somewhere when they were sold out or something, because the cheapest I saw it for was $148 a few months ago, and I decided to wait. Now I decided to pull the trigger on it and its $169.99 literally everywhere. Who knows when the prices will come back down though, so I just bit the bullet and got it.

Looks like it starts around $300 and then goes beyond $400 for a different color and carbon. If you ask me that’s a little too much BIG MONEY FOR LITTLE KNIFE. I paid $400 for an mnandi so maybe there’s a disconnect in my brain for paying that much for a neutered otf. I live in California so it’s not like I have a choice though.

No, the Mini doesn't need to be 300+. I'm sure Microtech has a good margin on these things. That's not to say it isn't expensive to manufacture, but Microtech charges this price in part because the can. Only reason I can think of "justifying" the MSRP is because it's even more specialized than their regular OTFs. It requires different machining and is targeted at markets where normal sized OTFs are illegal to carry. So yeah. Limited market + specialized machining + Microtech name = 300-400 price tag. Lol
