The pre-order bonus and deluxe edition code is usually inside the game case on a little leaflet.
The code can also be mentioned on the receipt or invoice. In some cases you will receive an email from your retailer. This all depends on the retailer.
You can enter the code at the PlayStation Store at "Redeem Codes".
PS4: You can find "Redeem Codes" all the way at the bottom of the Main Menu of the PlayStation Store.
PS5: You can find "Redeem Codes" in the top right corner under the "..." Menu of the PlayStation Store.
Enter your 12-digit voucher code. Confirm the Redeem Code Items and Download your purchase.
Make sure you exit the game before installing the add-on with the bonus content.
If it doesn't work right away try restarting the PlayStation after installing the add-on with the bonus content.

The add-on with the bonus content should be automatically downloaded and installed when you purchase the game. If this is not the case try to following:
PS4: If you go the the application/game (where you launch the game) press down on the d-pad and you will get a menu.
In this menu go down to PlayStation Store. Here you can see the add-ons that aren't downloaded and installed.
PS5: If you go the the application/game (where you launch the game) press start and select "Manage Game Content" here you should find the add-on with the bonus content.
If that doesn't work go to the same menu and now select "Game Version" and here you should find the bonus content.
Make sure you exit the game before installing the add-on with the bonus content.
If it doesn't work right away try restarting the PlayStation after installing the add-on with the bonus content.

Hi do you get the dark arts automatically when you start the game or do i have to install it just install the deluxe version and i went to the bottom to the dark arts and its costing me 20

The add-ons should be automatically installed when you purchase the digital edition. If you have a physical edition you probably have to redeem a code.

It should say which button in the tooltip that pops up when you hover over the gear item. For xbox it should be X for nintendo it would be Y.

I recently bought the physical deluxe edition and claimed the redeem codes it came along with. I played the game until I got the field guide and when I went to do exactly what you're doing in this video, I didn't see anything that is supposed to come with the pack I bought. Please help I don't want to have to spend another extra 30 dollars just to buy the pack again from the ps store :(

When you hover your cursor over the item/gear it will show a tooltip window. In the bottom of this window it will show what button you need to press.

You will not lose your collection. Once you get other items you can wear you can change it's appearance.
