I want a night time restriction mode added. Like toggle it on to experience having to sneak around the whole castle at night in order to get out and do things, or toggle it off to play like the game had us play.

For real! Past the quest for Mr. Moon (and the one with the library), he made it seem VERY required that at night students must be careful sneaking around, yet outside the quest I literally would roam the halls for "hours" with no ramifications. That was unrealistic, as even in the movies, there would be staff and guards walking around to make sure students were in their dorms. I hope they address it/make it so in the next installment. That was kinda fun while doing that quest.

Since aging as a wizard doesn't work the same as a muggle, it would be interesting for the sequel to take place in the wizarding world right before Voldemort's rise, with our protagonist trying to interfere with his plans or maybe follow him as an undercover. Honestly there's so many places to go storywise, hope it works out, can't w8

Ageing may not work the same for muggles but thats still close to 100 years after the first game. At that point out protag would look somewhere between Albus and Minerva age wise.

​@@TheBeastCH Okay? But timeframe wise, they're not wrong. Voldemort's first rise to power was somewhere between 20-40 years before the Philosopher's Stone took place. If the game takes place during the first rise to power, it's entirely possible that the protag would be younger then than Dumbledore is in the books, but obviously still older than McGonagall is in the books.

As a friend said to me, there's no difference between the unforgivable curses and zapping something with ancient magic. I think they would need to remove ancient magic in order to have a morality system and it was to integral to the story.

I would be sad to see just another HP game that just shadows the original characters… use the universe but make a unique story instead, like they did in HL. It would be awesome to maybe see some of the content they gutted from the first HL game put back in and a larger world! Maybe also some darker quests.

When they removed a big chunk of the map before releasing the game I said that it'll probably be put back in as a ready made paid DLC in the future, and that's still what I'm expecting of any DLC they do drop. I do wish they would revamp the character creation since it's so limited, especially the tinny sounding voice options. When the npc professors and townfolk with speaking parts all look much better done than the player character, then there's a problem with the character creation system. Another little quality of life change would be getting rid of that annoying lockpicking minigame, gets so tiring to have than thing popping up so much. Might as well turn all the spells into minigames, should make the combat more fun.

Crazy man, I'm played Hogwarts Legacy on my Switch Lite already 65 hours, currently at level 32 & still not yet start 2nd trial. I'm focus more on side quests. Although graphics & performance not likes the others, it's playable upper 20fps-30fps with no stutter at all. So fun playing it on the Switch ❤

Hogwarts Legacy is in the same position as Jedi Fallen Order. Had an amazing introduction to the game and the lore in their respective universes while being able to expand and go beyond in the sequel like what we saw with Jedi Survivor I really hope if a sequel is released it builds on what was left from the 1st game. After all we do have one more year left at Hogwarts

I just wanted to say why I think the sequel to hogwarts legacy wont be set in Harry's time as i feel like if you were at hogwarts in the same time period you would be outshined by Harry in everything and you would have to make the villain in the game almost unknown as in the books there wasnt really a large villain or threat that harry didnt tackle or know about. Additionally it would close oppurtunities like putting the triwizard tournament in the game.

Oh there could totally be an expansion that adds 50-100% more hours of gameplay. Look at what the Witcher 3 did for example. The Blood and Wine expansion is almost good enough to stand on its own.

The Godfather game was a sort of sequel to the movie. You play as Tony Montana and the story moves on as if he survived the movie.

You mean Scarface the world is yours. It spins an alternate ending to the movie where you survive the mansion shootout and rebuild your empire. Godfather the game you play through the events of the movie and are more or less a catalyst to many of the events that take place, and you have your own mini story plot within the plot of the movie.

Spend the money, get decent and talented staff. Magic can happen and fans got a game that exceeded their expectations. It will be interesting to see where the storyline goes next after the success for Warner Brothers and Avalanche Software.

I have never loved a game so much like Hogwarts Legacy. I bought it on Steam, Nintendo Switch and XBOX One, and i'm thinking of getting it for XBOX series x/s as well. Would love to get more content, and a new game later on. Perhaps a mmorpg in the same genra put in the Harry Potter universe, that would have been so awesome.

The state of the game on Xbox X is it has a ton of bugs now with entire camps not existing and where you can fall through a giant pond sized hole, then on top of that literally for no reason they delayed the release of the Haunted Shop for Xbox and Pc players when they stated multiple times even late last year that it would still be released on the 10th even stated in the fine print which I did read. Honestly my personal opinion is that WB is starting to truly not care about 2/3 of their fans especially after screwing over Ravenclaw with not having a companion (when it was already created) and no companion missions (also made but removed literally for no reason) at all so first they messed over my house (Ravenclaw) then they are delaying the mission that was promised to be released one year after the game’s release. With WB it’s becoming more and more lies that come out of their mouth after openly admitting they only care about the money (not fans of their games, money comes first to them) which definitely makes a huge difference when considering ever buying a game from them again. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed Hogwarts Legacy but I’m not going to waste my money on a company that constantly lies and doesn’t care about its fans. Idc but unless the Haunted Shop mission is extremely bugged (which they haven’t stated it is) there’s no reason at all for them to delay the release till summer which could still mean late or end of the summer, there’s only so much fans will put up with before completely abandoning games which then kills franchises. I don’t blame Avalanche at all only WB since they are the ones with final say.
