There is an important point missing from your review as well as the Hohem on-line tutorials. It seems like the only way to switch modes is from either the M button on the remote, or from the Setting in the app. To change modes from the buttons on the gimbal (even if the app is not running) is to simultaneously press the left button and right button. For example, to go from PTF to All Lock, press and hold the left button (shutter) and press the right button (function) 3 times. This isn't on the Quick Start guide either, but is on page 8 of the manual.

12:10 To correctly use a gimbal you need also to master the "ninja walk", the up-down walking movement visible here should not be there with gimbals, you can get a gimbal effect without a gimbal and just with a correct walk, just a tip...

Any one had alignment issues in vertical mode as i had issues where my phone was not complete straight neither in horizontal nor in vertical mode had slight slant. I had this issue with previous version of gimbal.

It was an issue when it came out of the box, but I did the auto-calibrate and it fixed it.

Great video and very informative. I have a question though. In the settings section where you can reverse the directions for up down left right it will not stay on reverse. I slide the tab over to reverse but as soon as i go back to the home screen its back to factory settings. Any ideas how to fix this?

I also started to face this issue, I've tried everything but it's a bug. You could try emailing the developers of the app and notifying them of this issue.

hello can u check if it can now record video in hohem app at 1080 60fps using android phone. please. i consider buying.

I don't have this anymore but it most likely doesn't, due to Android camera APIs and stingy manufacturers, most apps don't support 60fps.

What phone do you have? On my S21 it shows 60fps option but the video itself is still 30fps. It could be different on other phones like Huawei or Asus.

Android version of the Hohem app supports 4k video, but only 24p or 30p

Yeah well done, it covered all the points and didn’t become to boring or long, perhaps the stabilisation was to long and you could of done a bit more in the grassy area, but hey I have just got one and you cleared a lot of issues that the manufacturer should have made clearer, like putting in a link straight to the videos they have on the particular Gimble purchased instead of having to squint and page through the farce they call a manual, that’s not a dig at you, but the company who could do themselves a favour by pointing purchasers in the right direction. N acheter pas c produit .j en ai acheter un je m en suis servi 3 fois puis il c est mis à ne plus stabiliser mon portable .j ai essayé de contacter hohem il fait le mort depuis 1 mois pourtant le stabilisateur et sous disant garantie 2ans a bonne entendeur
