Thanks so much for this. I'm going to try one out. I've been through 5 of Goldratt's books and have started listening to INL again to get more intuition on this process. Great to have resources like this to step through it!

Okay, I've just tried one. I found a negative reinforcing loop as you showed in the video! I also found the one thing that connects everything else.

Bravo! I’d like to take an intense refresher course on Theory of Constraints. It was the most amazing thing I encountered in business school and economics. T.O.C. combined with Peter Drucker’s “Effective Executive” are…. Powerful beyond description

Thank you so much for making this video. But quick question, Sir. I the beginning you explain that you "pick" the UDE, and giving the number for example, 100 we suffer from price war. Where you get this spesific number? Did you categorized it by yourself, or the is guidelines about it already? Thank you so much. Amazing video. :))

The numbering of the entities is optional but very convenient for the audience to follow along. Numbering or using any convenient means to identify the entities is up to the moderator. One current way to do is to number them from 10 to n in 10 intervals, allowing to add 9, if necessary, in between. I chose to number them starting in hundreds for clearly distinguishing the branches that go down from each UDE. Just my way of doing. Hope this helps to clarify!

Bonjour, L'application du CRT me fait penser à une logique des 5 Pourquoi mais avec plusieurs causes, qu'en pensez-vous?

Nice videos! I wish there were more videos and exercises on logical thinking available online. Which software do you use to draw logic trees?

PowerPoint! It can be a pain, but I am used to it...

@@HohmannChristian I made a small tool to create CRT as text. logicly.netlify.app/ This approach partly resolves this conflict tiny.cc/bjw7tz Planning to explore if I can come up with non-cumbersome markup for other LTP trees. I would appreciate your feedback.

Looks good. Can you drag and drop entities to change their relative place and connections?
@yunmanger3 жыл бұрын
@@HohmannChristian No. Positioning is automatic and connections are defined by nesting in text. The negative effect of manual positioning is that with every new entity added all other entities need rearrangement as well and that distracts the thinking process. The automatic arrangement might be too messy as well on large trees, but I like it so far.

@@yunmanger Thanks so much for making this. Very helpful for making my first CRT. I've just stayed up 2 hours past bed time. It's so easy. Thanks!
