I don't think it's 100% stupid; USSR has all the cards in this timeline and Japan is still threatening them. The US didn't have much effect on the war effort and got destroyed by Mexico, so trading them minus a few states for France, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands probably seemed like a good deal at the time.

I think Germany ran out of manpower like minecrafter said, but I think Mexico joining allies and instantly invading USA was the most decisive event. The Russians also did a push in about june 1949 (I think 5:10 in the video) and they took out about 100 factories from Germany in like 1 in game week. I still think Mexico's invasion was the turning point. I'm not a hoi4 expert so take this with a grain of salt.

Great video man now put the U. K. in the Axis along with all of its vassals. Then put the USA in the commintern with the SOVIETS at the start so they have time to build up. Would be interesting to see what would happen. France could join poland something in that weird faction of theirs.

With USA backing? They totally should have. I'm struggling to understand how shit tier the AI has to be to lose that really easy fight. Japan showing up in India and Africa means they already have the rest of Asia, Unsurprising since no USA means Japan has a free hand. This puts the Axis down one major enemy, and up two major allies. Japan has a free hand (And we see them doing work), and the USA is on their side instead of against them. I can only assume Japan decided not to invade Siberia for whatever strange reason, because with the USSR piled into the European Front, Japan should have been able to basically walk into the Russian Far east essentially unopposed. So, somehow, Asia, India, Europe and North America aren't enough to beat down the USSR? While Japan has access to Chinese Puppet manpower reserves? Japan and its Chinese puppets alone should have been able to do the job, never mind the rest of the Axis.

What sort of HOI4 is this? When I play any Allied country, Germany beats France, Poland, Benelux, Britain, Balkans, USSR and Spain AT THE SAME TIME. I never seen the AI beat Germany in my games.
